Reggin played an integral role in the exciting YYC Airport expansion. Whether stainless steel or powder-coated mild steel, we crafted many of the architectural metal features including various columns, railings, claddings for numerous areas, guards, base and rainwater leaders.

Four Years in the Making

This large infrastructure project was a very large-scale project. The expansion of YYC Calgary International Airport is Reggin’s single longest uninterrupted project with our work spanning more than 4 years from start to finish. Over the duration of the project, nearly everyone was involved in one capacity or another and at its peak.

Additional highlights of our work on this project include round powder coated mild steel, round and square stainless steel columns, stainless steel stair railings, claddings for escalators, baggage carousels, international baggage claim area, check-in concourse ticket hall, and piers passenger secure jet ways, as well as stainless steel bumper rails and guard rails for the LINK passenger shuttle. This is truly a world-class gateway to the world and one of our team’s proudest accomplishments.
